Gardeners & Community Garden Leaders are individuals or teams who lead community garden/s and Community Garden efforts in Paterson. Partner Organizations are non-profit or for-profit organizations interested in supporting community gardens in the Coalition through grant funding, in-kind materials, and donations. (If you are not an organization but are interested in donating to a community garden site, visit our member's page to donate directly.) Paterson Community Garden Contest
Since 2010, City Green has organized the Greenest Place in Paterson Garden Contest - an amazing initiative that celebrates and rewards the dedication and effort that Patersonians are investing into greening and beautifying the City! ​
How it works: Home gardeners in Paterson complete an application (online or paper) and submit optional photos. City Green will contact you to schedule a visit to your garden for judging. All gardeners are invited to the Awards Ceremony in September, where winners will be announced and prizes will be given.
