Gardeners and Organizations
Gardeners & Community Garden Leaders are individuals or teams who lead community garden/s and Community Garden efforts in Paterson. They are looking to grow and sustain their work with support from the coalition. Contact us to receive a member registration form and meeting information. Email City Green

Partner Organizations are non-profit or for-profit organizations interested in supporting community gardens in the Coalition through grant funding, in-kind materials, and donations. (If you are not an organization but are interested in donating to a community garden site, visit our member's page to donate directly.) About the Coalition
The Coalition shares resources and provides mutual support across Paterson-based community garden projects, and strengthens community member outreach surrounding garden-based events, opportunities, and resources.

The Paterson Garden Coalition meets once a month to discuss upcoming events, resources available to members, requests for support, and steer the direction and initiatives of the Coalition.

Community Highlights
City Green's 14th Annual Paterson Garden Contest was held at Green Acre Community Garden at 218 Rosa Parks Blvd in Paterson. City Green appreciates Coalition member Deacon Davis for hosting the contest in one of Paterson's truly greenest spaces while showcasing the dedication and creativity of local Paterson gardeners.
Two Coalition members Shirley Jordan from the Garden of Eden, and Oasis-- A Haven for Women and Children, won awards this year.
Shirley Jordan received the "Oasis in the City," award for her beautiful backyard garden, and Oasis-- A Haven for Women and Children received the "Best Community Garden," award for their rooftop garden.
Congratulations to all the winners who are committed to greening Paterson and making the award ceremony a blooming success!
